Below are our shipping and return policies to guide your purchase.
Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: 3–5 business days

Custom/Personalized Orders: 4–7 business days

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

​Processing begins after your payment is confirmed. We’ll notify you if delays occur.

Rush Orders: Available upon request (extra charges may apply)

Pick Up Service
Enjoy the convenience of picking up your order directly from our store in Lucena City! This option is fast, free, and perfect for local customers who want to save on delivery fees or need their items quickly.

Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sun: 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM
When to Pick Up:

You will receive a text message, email, or call once your order is ready for pickup.

Most orders are ready within 2-3 business days after payment and order confirmation.

For custom or bulk orders, we’ll notify you once they’re fully processed (usually 3–5 business days).
Pickup Guidelines:

Please bring your order confirmation (email or SMS) and valid ID when collecting your order.

You may send a representative to pick up your order. Just ensure they have your name, order number, and a copy/screenshot of your confirmation.

If you’re unable to pick up your order within 5 business days of notification, kindly inform us so we can hold your items or make alternate arrangements.
Same-Day Pickup (Optional):

Need it fast? Message us directly to check availability for same-day pickup, depending on the item and order volume.

Applicable only for selected print and retail products (rush fees may apply).
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our work. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Item arrived damaged or defective

Item was not received in full (e.g., missing pieces or quantities)
Conditions:

Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order

Provide photo evidence of the issue

Item must be unused and in original condition/packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Not Eligible for Return:

Change of mind or mistaken order after confirmation

Delays caused by third-party couriers

Personalized/custom products (unless defective or incorrect)

Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include your name, order number, description of the issue, and photos.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds & Replacements

If your return is approved, you may choose between a replacement, store credit, or refund (for eligible cases).

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method or GCash within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
